1. What is the number of arrests made by Thames Valley Police Service for the personal use of Cannabis from the years 2015 – the most recent data you have.
2. What percentage of those arrests were repeat offenders i.e. number of arrests where it wasn’t the detained persons first arrest for personal possession of cannabis between the years 2015 -the most recent data you have.
