RESPONSE 1

The sponsorship (which began in February 2022) covers women's and junior girls cricket teams at Leatherhead Cricket Club. The named sponsor is Federation House Hotel and Conference Centre which is located at the PFEW Headquarters and is available for private bookings.

Sponsorship is £10,000 annually.

The total cost at the time of the request is £20,000.

The decision to sponsor the women's and junior girls cricket teams was part of the PFEW's drive to promote diversity and inclusion (by way of supporting local women's/girls sport), and is additionally a commercial opportunity for Federation House Hotel and Conference Centre. The decision was made as part of the annual budget setting for the PFEW and the Federation House Hotel and Conference Centre. 

RESPONSE 5

Federation House Hotel and Conference Centre's sponsorship of the club will cease at the end of 2024.

RESPONSE 6

The sponsorship was attributed to a general finance budget. 

RESPONSE 7

As well as supporting local women's/girls sport, the sponsorship increases awareness of Federation House Hotel and Conference Centre.  In addition, the PFEW can use the facilities (clubhouse and outside space) free of charge when available. 

RESPONSE 8

One event has been held there, being an annual staff get together.  This was attended by employees at the PFEW HQ and some members of the National Board.  The cost to the PFEW was £1056.90 (inclusive of VAT).
