Complaints regarding former police officers as consultants – please elaborate on both the nature and number of complaints

The Police Federation of England and Wales can confirm that we do hold this information but are exempting it under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 Section 40: access to information held in complaint files. This is an absolute exemption and the information contained within these files contains personal data and it would not be reasonable to disclose the nature of the complaints.

We are exempting the whole response inline with the guidelines of the Regulations.
