Can you confirm whether or not PFEW staff working from Leatherhead are in receipt of free meals/refreshments while working at the location provided by PFEW?

Staff working at Federation House are in receipt of lunch and tea/coffee, free of charge. 

QUESTION: 

If free meals/refs are received can you confirm if this is a condition of each individuals terms and conditions of employment or a condition of generally working from the premises? 

RESPONSE: 

The free meals for lunch are a provision of working from the Federation House premises but is not a contractual benefit.  There is no reimbursement or alternative when working from home. 

QUESTION: 

If free meals/refs are indeed provided I respectfully request the last 5 years costings associated with the provision of such meals/refs

PFEW is able to provide data from 2019 onwards as per the below.  Please note that the 2023 figure is for the year to date. 

QUESTION: 

If free meals are provided can you confirm how they are funded? For example through member subscriptions or another funding stream. 

RESPONSE: 

As the main source of income, member subscriptions are the primary funding stream for meal and refreshment provision at Federation House.
