The Police Federation of England and Wales can confirm that it does hold data in relation to this request.  As PFEW is not a public body, it is not a legal requirement to provide a Welsh language policy however, since it represents Welsh officers, it was decided that an appropriate policy should be available. 

 A copy of the policy is attached.
