I need to know how many Employment tribunals  Cleveland federation has funded solicitors for over the last 5 years and ideally what the Tribunal was in relation to, for example  discrimination, work conditions ect. I also request information on how many were refused legal representation and what the topic of those refusals were. In addition I would like to know what the percentage of men to women was in relation to this and the percentage of minority groups that were and were not provided with legal representation.

The Police Federation of England and Wales can confirm that over the last 5 years:

• 32 Employment Tribunal cases have been funded
• 0 Employment Tribunal cases have been refused
