Join officers, staff, and supporters for the UK Police Unity Tour 2026 a long‑distance cycle ride taking place 6-9 August to honour fallen colleagues and raise vital funds for Care of Police Survivors (COPS).
Now in its 14th year, the Tour is both a physical challenge and a powerful act of remembrance. Riders cycle in distinctive blue jerseys, fundraise directly for COPS, and finish at the National Arboretum for a memorial service.
Organised through regional chapters, the Tour offers local training, camaraderie, and support for participants of all fitness levels. Rider fees cover accommodation and logistics, ensuring everyone can take part.
Membership is open to Police Officers (serving, retired or specials) or from the extended police family (PCSO’s ,Police Staff or DDO’s etc). Applications from the wider Police family (CPS etc) will be considered on a case by case basis. Participants must be 18 years and older.
UK PUT may choose to accept an immediate survivor of a police officer killed in the line of duty to participate as a rider if they meet all other criteria. Support team members may be non-police personnel and are typically police staff, family or trusted friends.
No one who is under suspension (with or without pay), under criminal investigation or subject to any other disciplinary procedures may participate.
Sign up today to select your chapter, start fundraising, and be part of one of policing’s most meaningful events.
