Enhanced cover announced to RAC breakdown policy under Group Insurance

For those officers who have our Group Insurance Package we can confirm an enhancement to the cover under the ‘At Home’ section of the RAC policy.

Previously, there has always been a 10 mile limit for a tow if a vehicle has broken down at home (or within a quarter of a mile of the home address) and cannot be repaired. With immediate effect the relevant tow will be the Drivers Choice of Unlimited Destination – there will be no limit going forward.

We feel this change will benefit members greatly, particularly those living in more rural areas.
