Mortgage surgeries: free advice on offer

West Midlands Police Federation members thinking of getting on the property ladder or re-mortgaging their homes can get free advice at one of a series of mortgage surgeries.

Warren & Co Mortgages, which has more than 20 years of mortgage experience, is holding advice drop-ins throughout the year.

The surgeries start next month in West Bromwich (4 and 27 March), Coventry (5 March), Tally Ho (11 March), Brierley Hill (19 March) and Perry Barr (17 March).

They continue in April at Coventry (6), Tally Ho (19), Harborne (20), Perry Barr (26) and Brierley Hill (27).

West Bromwich (3), Tally Ho (10), Coventry (11), Brierley Hill (18), and Perry Barr (24) are the dates in May.

In June, Warren & Co Mortgages advisers will be at West Bromwich (7), Tally Ho (14), Coventry and Harborne (15), Brierley Hill (22) and Perry Barr (28).

They will be at West Bromwich (5), Coventry (6), Tally Ho (12), Brierley Hill (20) and Perry Barr (26) during July, while August will see the advisers visit West Bromwich (2), Coventry (3), Tally Ho (9), Harborne (10), Perry Barr (16) and Brierley Bill (17).

The surgeries continue in September at West Bromwich (6), Coventry (7), Tally Ho (13), Brierley Hill (21) Perry Barr (27).

In October, West Bromwich (4), Coventry (5), Tally Ho (11), Harborne (12), Perry Barr (18) and Brierley Hill (19) will host surgeries.

November sees West Bromwich (1), Coventry (2), Tally Ho (8), Brierley Hill (16), and Perry Barr (22) host surgeries before they finish for the year during December at Harborne (1), West Bromwich (6), Coventry and Brierley Hill (7), Tally Ho (13) and Perry Barr (14).
