Federation remembers PC Philip Kurlinkus

PC Philip Kurlinkus has been remembered by West Midlands Police Federation chair Rich Cooke on the 29th anniversary of his death.

Philip was killed in a motorcycle accident as he was responding to an emergency call on 18 March 1993. He was 39.

Rich said: “Philip lost his life in tragic circumstances and the thoughts of everyone at West Midland’s Police Federation are with his family and friends.

“It’s important for us to remember Philip and all of our fallen colleagues. They will never be forgotten.”
