New Discount available at Reality Estate & Letting agency

1. Reality Estate Agents offer members and employees of the Norfolk Police Federation and Employees of Norfolk Constabulary (‘Members and Employees’) a £250 discount on our fees (minimum fee applies). Members and Employees will also be entitled to our fully managed letting service at 10% incl VAT and our let only letting service at 50% incl VAT (T&C’s apply).
2. Members and Employees will also be eligible for a free market appraisal. Appointments should be booked with our office. Such Appointments are mainly available on Monday to Friday between 9.30 am and 5pm and Saturday between 9am and 1pm.
3. Discount for Members and Employees will be applied to our final fee, payable upon exchange. No sale, no fee.
4. Spouses of Members and Employees are eligible for Norfolk Police Federation Member discount of £100 on our fees (minimum fee applies). Our fully managed letting service at 11% incl VAT and out let only service at 55% incl VAT. (T&C’s apply).
5. Discount is not applied to our silver package, upfront payment service or under a multi-agency basis (call for more details).
6. Discount does not apply to VAT.

Reality Estate Agents Ltd was established in 2009 by Lucy Carne. Based in Norwich the firm moved to Grove Road in 2016 after being located on Prince of Wales Road prior. Adam Thompson joined the firm in 2016 after serving as a Police Constable in Norwich, stationed out of Sprowston. We have experience in dealing with a variety of properties ranging from £80,000 to £800,000 and have a vast amount of experience in the letting industry too. We are proud to be at the Heart of the Community supporting a number of charities such as Big C and Norwich Food Bank.

The Office is based at 65 Grove Road, Norwich, NR1 3RL. There is free parking available behind our office (off Rowington Road).
The office is open 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1:30pm Saturday. Out of Hours Appointments are available via appointment.
