Leicestershire Police Federation says that the introduction of new menopause guidance will help to break down the stigma that surrounds officers opening up about struggling with symptoms of the menopause.
Police service set to welcome National Menopause Guidance
Forces across England and Wales will today be in a better place to support officers and staff going through the menopause, with the launch of force guidance on the matter.
A number of members have approached us recently because they are confused by communications from organisations outside the PFEW relating to pensions. These communications relate to the recent pension discrimination cases and if a future outcome will result in a remedy for all or only for those who have begun a legal challenge.
