Accord offers free will-writing service

If you are planning to make 2024 the year you get your affairs in order then now’s the time to take advantage of a free will-writing services open to Police Federation members and their families.

Accord Legal Services has expertise in all areas of estate planning including wills, protective trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney, Court of Protection, care fee and inheritance tax planning.

Appointments are conducted by telephone, Skype, Zoom or home visit. 

The appointments usually take around half an hour on average. Once instructions have been taken, they are sent to Accord’s legal team, comprised of lawyers and STEP qualified staff who will draft the will. All wills are created on an advised basis – every consultation is bespoke and every will drafted accordingly.  

Accord also offers free practical bereavement advice following the passing of a loved one.
