Have your say on pay

15 August 2019

Derbyshire Police Federation members are being asked to take part in the annual pay and morale survey.

The survey is carried out by the Police Federation of England and Wales each year with all members being urged to complete the short survey.

“I really appreciate that officers can sometimes feel a little surveyed out but this is really one of the most important to take part in,” says Kirsty Bunn, secretary of Derbyshire Police Federation.

“The findings of the survey are used in the Federation’s dealings with the Government, senior police leaders and other stakeholders. Most notably, officers’ views on pay are used to help the Federation put together its submission to the Police Remuneration Review Body, the independent organisation which advises the Government on officers’ annual pay rise.

“Please don’t miss this opportunity to have a say on pay and morale.”

A link to the survey is available on Connect, or you can email the Federation office to ask for it to be sent to you.
