West Midlands Police Federation members are being offered a free initial family law consultation, a reduced fixed fee divorce and discounted hourly rates thanks to Slater and Gordon.
S & G’s experienced family law solicitors are holding online or telephone surgeries especially for officers who are facing relationship difficulties. They have experience of police family law cases and in-depth knowledge of police pensions and shift patterns.
The surgeries will give members the opportunity to speak in confidence with a specialist relating to all areas of family law, including child arrangements, divorce, civil partnerships, matrimonial finances, cohabitation disputes and pre-nuptial agreements.
Surgeries will be taking place on the last Tuesday of every alternate month, starting from 27 February 2024. This will be a virtual surgery over Teams. The Slater and Gordon team are also happy to arrange appointments for members on other dates in between surgeries.
If the above dates are not convenient, then members are advised to contact the Slater and Gordon team to arrange their free 45-minute initial consultation at a time convenient to them; urgent appointments or consultations outside office hours can be arranged.
