Travel Insurance Joint Officer rebate form 2023/2024

Is your Spouse or Partner in the Police/retired and both contributing to the Group Insurance?

If so you can claim a Travel Insurance rebate, you both must have been paying for the Group Insurance separately for the entire year.

The claims are only valid until 31 MAY 2024.  No claim will be accepted past this date.
