Why Become a Rep?

Police Federation Representatives play a vital role in supporting colleagues, protecting their rights, and ensuring fair treatment in the workplace. As a Rep, you will be the first point of contact for officers needing advice, guidance, or representation on matters such as welfare, conduct, and performance.

All Reps receive comprehensive training from the Police Federation to equip them with the knowledge and skills needed for the role.
