Members' magazine out now

The latest Connect magazine for West Mercia Police Federation members is available online now, with printed versions also being distributed around the Force area.
In this edition we hear from Federation branch chair Sarah Cooper who praises her colleagues’ work during the pandemic.
PC Rachel Alcock talks about an incident in which she was assaulted and the huge response she received when the photo of her facial injuries was posted on social media and Sergeant Sara Goodman explains why her personal experience means she is delighted to take over as the Force's health and wellbeing lead.
There is also news about the pay increase and two Federation representatives explain how rewarding they find their roles.
