Local Federation and Force Agreements
In addition to Police Regulations, the above link provides clarity for the Force and Federated ranks on matters that are routinely discussed. These have been agreed and signed off by The Chair of the Federation and The Chief Constable with an intention of achieving a position of "being about right" and being able to apply the agreements consistently across the entire workforce.
