Retirement Seminar

Philip Pearson will be conducting a pre-retirement seminar for Cumbria Police Federation on Wednesday, 3rd April 2019 at Cumbria Police Federation.
Having been the Principal of Pearson Financial Management (a Senior Partner Practice within St. James’s Place Wealth Management) for many years, Philip’s business has now been incorporated into Willson Grange Ltd., which is also family-owned and a Principal Partner Practice within St James’s Place. Philip is now a consultant to Willson Grange and is the lead for the company for several police federations, including Cumbria Police, the NCOA and the PSA.
This seminar will commence at 9:00am and conclude no later than 4.30pm. The following subject areas will be covered during the seminar:
• Money management and inflation
• Investment strategy and risk
• Estate planning and wills (including 'power of attorney')
• Pensions and taxation (including Annual Allowance and Lifetime Allowance)
• Preparing for retirement

Philip will also be supported during the seminar by Harvey Howell Solicitors, NARPO and No.1 Copperpot.
Intended primarily for those members who are within two years of retirement, members with 25+ years’ service are also most welcome to attend. The wide range of subjects being covered during this seminar will ensure it is of interest and relevance to members in this service band.
