I joined Essex police as a Special Constable in 2018 and quickly fell in love with the job.  I then joined up in 2019 as a regular.  I joined the City in 2022 and have thoroughly enjoyed it ever since.

I wanted to be a fed rep to make sure that my colleagues were always being treated fairly, weren’t being made to do things against our regs and to act as a listening and supportive ear for any officer who finds themselves in a spot of bother..
