I’m extremely honoured to have been re-elected and unopposed in the Federation branch board process, for a third term in office. I have always tried my hardest to represent the membership to the best of my abilities with good outcomes for them as either individuals or as a collective.  I would be wrong to say that I have always got it right but always with the right intentions and learnt from mistakes.

After nine years as Chair and the experience of looking after members’ interests with everything from UPP, Welfare, discipline, and PIP’s at two of the London Terrorist Attacks, it may be time to consider where I can best utilise these skills, combined with my strategic knowledge.
