Supporting those dealing with the Menopause is a major priority for the Federation and we actively campaign to keep this issue high on the agenda – working with a range of stakeholders and decision makers. It is important that officers and staff feel supported when they're going through the menopause and it is also important that managers and colleagues have an understanding and awareness of its symptoms and effects.
In addition to establishing National Menopause Guidance for police officers and staff, we want to make you aware of the wealth of information that is available.
