Federation remembers workplace rep

Former West Midlands Police Federation workplace representative Michael (Mick) Chapman died on this day 11 years ago.

Mick, who was 48, suffered a heart attack after cycling to work for a late shift.

A committed Federation rep and a former secretary of the West Midlands Police Federation Constables’ Branch Board, Mick was hugely respected by his colleagues and the public he was dedicated to serving.
