Branch remembers Mick Chapman

West Midlands Police Federation has remembered former workplace representative PC Mick Chapman who died nine years ago today.

Mick died after suffering a heart attack after cycling to work for a late shift on 14 April 2014. He was 48.

He was a hugely respected officer, both by his colleagues and by the public, and was dedicated to serving the people and communities of the West Midlands.

He was also a committed Federation rep and former secretary of the Constables’ Branch Board.
