The Legal Document Service enables members to draft their own bespoke legal documents to help in a dispute. They are given the tools to take initial action, which is then supported by the Legal Advice Helpline and the option to make claim under the legal expenses policy.
There are templates for a range of issues from disputes with a builder, making a complaint to a landlord or raising a grievance at work. The document builder is easy to use and guides members through the information required to complete the template. Once completed, members can download the documents.
