We wanted to reassure you that we are taking all necessary precautionary steps to respond to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak.
Our working practice
Our priority is to ensure that you are able to contact us to discuss or arrange your insurances. Our contact details remain the same 01617624416 so if you have any queries relating to your insurances then do not hesitate to get in touch. We remain open for anyone needing to speak to us.
We have a contingency plan in place if remote working is required, however we do urge you to renew your policies at your earliest convenience to prevent any delays in getting through to us as we may be working on reduced resources if this were to happen.
Protecting staff and clients
Thankfully NONE of the Police Insure Team have been directly affected by COVID-19 and we have taken every precaution to ensure this remains the case. Daily internal meetings are taking place and regular Company Announcements are in place updating staff on the current COVID-19 situation.
Customer service disruptions
Our Customer Service and Sales Teams remain on hand to answer your calls whether it be for a New Quotation or to Renew or Change your existing policies. We are keeping a close eye on our service levels and would like to ask you to be patient if you do experience any delays in getting in touch.
As we have requested above, if your insurance is due within the next 2-3 weeks we urge you to get in touch sooner rather than later to renew or take out a new policy in order to prevent any delays.
