Deadline extended for pay and morale survey

The Police Federation’s 2022 pay and morale survey will now run until Monday 17 October to give as many members as possible the chance to let their views be known.

Officers who have yet to take part are being urged to do so as the findings of which will provide key regional and national evidence to help set the new strategic direction for the Police Federation.

This year’s survey has been combined with the demand, capacity and welfare survey and aims to build a comprehensive picture of the issues facing officers on pay, morale and wellbeing.

By identifying key areas, feedback and responses will be used to create a clear time-sensitive picture for the Government, key stakeholders and members of the public to understand.
