Group Insurance Members - Update to Travel Policy

We need to make you aware of some changes to the SMARTDELAY PLUS benefit.

You now need to register for the benefit at least 48 HOURS in advance of any flights.  Please refer to Page 9 of your travel policy to register.  

This benefit entitles you to airport lounge access in the event that your registered flight is delayed more than 90 mins.  If no lounge is available, then you can claim a payment of £25.
