(1) Please advise how long copies of the visitor book (register) for signing in / out of Police Federation House are kept.
(2) Please advise how long the CCTV showing persons entering Police Federation House are kept.

The Police Federation of England and Wales can confirm:
- The visitor book for Federation House is retained for 6 months after the last entry
- CCTV is retained for a period of 32 days
