About Julia Roper-Smith
I joined the Federation in November 1998 as the sergeants reserved seat representative , and shortly afterwards became the secretary of the SBB . In 2000 I became the Chairman of the Joint Branch Board and the ELO , before becoming a member of the SCC in October 2005.
As a member of the SCC I am the Chairman of the Equality subcommittee, and I am a member of the Professional development sub committee. On behalf of the JCC I sit on the following committees :-
