It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the Sergeants’ Central Committee Website. We hope that you find the site both useful and informative.

The Police Reform and Modernisation Agenda continues to advance at a pace with the rank of Sergeant being examined more closely than ever before. We intend to ensure that the roles and increasing responsibilities of the sergeant rank are recognised, rewarded and appropriately remunerated.

The 10 members of the Sergeants’ Central Committee strive to make the professional lives of our members better and are committed to working within that ethos.

Cyflwyniad i Wefan Pwyllgor Canolog Sarjants yr Heddlu

Mae’n rhoi pleser mawr i mi eich croesawu i Wefan Pwyllgor Canolog Sarjants yr Heddlu.  Gobeithio y byddwch yn ystyried bod y wefan hon yn ddefnyddiol ac yn addysgiadol.
Mae’r cynlluniau i Ddiwygio a Moderneiddio’r Heddlu yn dal i symud ymlaen ar garlam ac mae rheng y Rhingyll yn cael sylw mwy manwl nag erioed o’r blaen.  Rydym yn bwriadu sicrhau bod rolau a chyfrifoldebau cynyddol y rhingyll yn cael eu cydnabod a’u gwobrwyo ac yn ennill cydnabyddiaeth deilwng.
Mae ‘r 10 aelod o Bwyllgor Canolog y Rhingylliaid yn ymdrechu i wella bywydau proffesiynol ein haelodau ac maent wedi ymrwymo i weithio o fewn yr ethos hwnnw.
