Home Office will not appeal pension commutation judicial review decision

The Home Office will not be appealing against the judicial review decision on commutation. Officers who retired between 1 December 2006 and 31 September 2007 should contact their force pension department to ascertain when they will receive payment.

Please note on 8th April we were informed pension departments have not yet received notification and instruction about payments.
