'Enough is Enough' poster campaign - February 2012
Despite a 2-year pay freeze and increased pension contributions the government has unduly targeted police officers’ pay and conditions of service. Yet, there is still the possibility of more change and cuts to come.
The message to government from the 104,000 police constables in England and Wales is very simple - we won’t take any more cuts...

STATEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CONSTABLES' CENTRAL COMMITTEE IN RELATION TO THE POLICE ARBITRATION TRIBUNAL DECISION
On 9th January 2012 the Police Arbitration Tribunal made its decision on Part One of the Winsor Review into our terms and conditions of service. This is now well publicised and the subject of much discussion in policing circles.
It is clear that there is still great confusion as to what, if any, parts will be implemented by the Home Secretary despite the decision being binding on us.
On behalf of the Constables of England and Wales, we would ask the Home Secretary to clarify her position on this part of the process as soon as possible. We will then be in a position to consider the impact and implications for our members.
