Group Insurance
Below are details of the NYP Group Insurance Scheme. The Scheme booklet explains the cover available. The Travel insurance document explains all you need to know about the Travel insurance that forms part of your Group Insurance. We think the Group Insurance is a fantastic product at a great price.
Membership is open to all NYP Officers and Staff and to their co-habiting partners.
Single cover does include cover for your children whilst living at home (or away at Uni) to the age of 23. It also covers your co-habiting partner for motor breakdown, mobile phone cover, legal expenses, health assured, GP24 service and annual travel. If you would like life insurance and critical illness cover for your partner then you will need to apply for partner cover.
Membership is deducted direct from salary and we are able to continue with your cover in retirement.
